London, January 26 (ANI): Katie Price, who recently annihilated the resort operator who organised her big day in the Bahamas, has claimed that her dream wedding turned into a nightmare thanks to the "shambles of a resort".
The former wife of cage fighter Alex Reid decided to go with Sandals on the recommendation of Michelle Heaton, the Mirror reported.
The mum of three says she was determined to have her new union kept away from the eyes of the media after selling the rights to her first one to Peter Andre to a magazine.
So when she got to the resort she asked their butler if there was a private beach she could sunbathe on because she's quite recognisable.
The butler responded by saying "Why? Are you famous?"
Apparently, her stripper hubby eventually told the butler that his new wife was indeed a celebrity.
TO this he got the reply "Are you a porn star?"
Katie used the rest of her glamour Girl column in The Sun to trash the resort's skyscraper setting, sunbeds, 18-30 vibe and even the plastic material of their wedding marquee which "looked like had come straight out of a B and Q flat pack".
She finishes her tale of woe by saying she came back with a cold sore on her lip, tells her readers never to use Sandals and says she planning to sue them. (ANI)
