New Delhi, Jan 25 (IANS) Delhi experienced a cold, sunny morning Friday as the minimum temperature settled two notches below average at 5.6 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast a clear day in store.
"The skies will remain clear and sunny and the afternoon will be warm. Evening will be chilly and there will be light mist at night," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature will hover around 21 degrees Celsius, the IMD official said.
Visibility at 8.30 a.m. was 800 metres.
Thursday's maximum temperature settled a notch below average at 20.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded two notches below average at 5.6 degrees Celsius.
