Now, South Africa takes potshot at CA's controversial rotation policy

Sydney, Sun, 20 Jan 2013 ANI

Sydney, Jan. 20 (ANI): Australia's rotation policy has received another rebuke after South Africa announced that they would not contemplate it in Tests.

Though South Africa has rested players in limited overs matches they strongly feel about playing their best side in Tests where they are the number one nation.

Coach Gary Kirsten said that in their view Test cricket is there number one and they want to make sure they pick a full-strength team in every Test match they play, news.com.au reports.

He said that the guys take a lot of pride in the way the team is performing at Test level.

He added that they don't rest players or rotate at that level, whereas in the other versions, because there is a lot of cricket, something has to give.

Head South African selector Andrew Hudson held a similar view, the report added. (ANI)
