London, January 15 (ANI): Britney Spears' split with fiance Jason Trawick failed to surprise their pals, as they had seen it coming.
Jason popped the question to the singer in December 2011 and the pair kicked off their engagement with a row, the Sun reported.
"At a party to celebrate their engagement a year ago, Britney saw Jason talking to another woman and chucked her ring across the room," a source told the publication.
"It took ages to find with half of the guests and staff on their hands and knees looking for it. Britney was insanely jealous and in the end Jason had enough of it.
"The pair never even really planned the wedding, which seemed odd. No one is too shocked he called it off," the source added. (ANI)
