As the final day of withdrawing the candidates name in DUSU election passes today, ABVP has finalised its penal of name for all the four posts.
For ABVP, Ankit Dhajay Choudhary will be the candidate for President post.
For ABVP other posts, Gourav Choudhary will be candidate for the post of Vice President. Retu fwill be for the post of Secretary wheras Visu Basoiya for the post of Joint Secretary.
As in the last held election, all the three posts except President was won by ABVP, hence this time the organisation has been trying to clinch on the four posts. President post was clinched by NSUI.
It is noted that earlier there was a case of eve teasing in the campus had witnessed during a student election rally when a girl students had alleged for eve teasing.
University management took stern action on the incidents and has banned the entire rally in the campus for the next order. However all the students union had criticised the move and demanded to withdraw the order.
Date of election is scheduled as 14 September and the date for counting of vote will be declared latter.
