Leading publisher Oxford University Press (OUP), India marked its presence in Delhi Book Fair through its active participation on Saturday. Oxford University Press is also celebrating 100 years of its successful establishment from 1912-2012.
Equipped with books of various categories, OUP stall has successfully attracted large numbers of visitors from the very first day, making it one of the major attractions of the book fair. The publishers have come with books for all the strata of readers including school textbooks, higher education texts, dictionaries (English and Bilingual) and much more this year in Hall no.11 Stall No.11-09 B at Pragati Maidan Delhi.
In the 18th edition of the Delhi Book Fair, the major focus of OUP stall includes new releases The Masculine of Virgin by Sarah Joseph and Fading Dreams, Old Tales by Pa Visalam.
In addition to that, entire range of Oxford World's Classics, Very Short Introductions, Oxford Handbooks, Dominos and Oxford Paperback Reference are attracting large number of book lovers.

These initiatives such as the Oxford India Perennials and the Oxford India Short Introductions will be available on display at the OUP stall", he added.
"Oxford University Press has come up with a unique concept of book for children called "Dominos" that has been especially designed keeping in mind the interests as well as need of a child. The book shows pictorial representations of subject matters like comics and also includes interesting exercises, Synonym games, quizzes and much more", said Kanika Mittal Bansal, an official in the stall.
Oxford University Press id world's largest University press publishing over 6,000 new books a year and has a remarkable presence in more than 50 countries.
