At least fourteen people have been killed after a tractor-trolley they were travelling on collided with a speeding truck this morning in Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh.
Fifteen people have also been injured in the accident.
According to reports, the incident occurred at around 3 am in Bilaspur village when the victims were returning after cremating a woman.
The injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital. The condition of seven of them is stated to be critical.
The police is investigating the cause of accident.
