Sandeep Pathry of Delhi has topped the list of successful candidates of all India engineering entrance examination AIEEE 2012. His success has broken all the stereotypes that only students of prestigious institutions are able to crack this prestigious examination that is held for admission in the various engineering and architecture courses in the reputed institution of the country that receives government funding.
Sandeep Pathry who has studied in a government school has scored 346 marks out of 360. Sandeep Pathry has done his higher secondary from Government Boys Senior Secondary School in Mukherjee Nagar.
Through this exam seats in National Institute of Technology NITs are filled. The best score last year was 345.
Sandeep Pathry has achieved this rank in his second attempt. Besides, his academic record is also excellent as he has achieved 89.6 per cent in class XII and 84 per cent in class X.
The success of Sandeep Pathry shows that with hard work, determination and focused approach no goal is unachievable.
Previously a boy from Manipur had topped the CBSE higher secondary exam. These results will inspire students who are studying in government schools.
