Molestation case row: Zohail dropped cases against Pomersbach, Jr. Mallya

Hamid Zohail, who few days ago had made a complaint of molestation against Royal Challngers Bangalore's player Luke Pomersbach, has reportedly been withdrawn the case as she has settled the case through 'out-of-court' settlement system.

Informing to media, Zohail's advocate Rajneesh Chopra said that they moved to Delhi High Court with an application, seeking to quash all complaints against West Australian middle order batsman.

Zohail has also dropped her case against RCB Director Sidhdhartha Mallya, added Chopra.

Sidhdhratha has posted casting aspersions against Zohail's character in twitter.

Expressing his pleasure, Mallya Jr. twitted, “"So glad that all charges have been dropped and Luke can return down under a free man."

"I've always been a very loyal person who stands up for friends. The tweets/comments made were unfortunate, being the product of stressful circumstances and I realise people drew meaning and connotations other than and beyond what was intended against Zohal," he tweeted.

Pomersbach was arrested last Friday after Hamid alleged he molested her and hit her fiance Sahil when he objected to the cricketer's behaviour. Pomersbach was arrested and a court granted him bail later.
