Delhi Court grants bail to RCB player Pomersbach

West Australian left handed middle order batsman Luke Pomersbach who is currently in India for playing Indian Premier League Twenty20 matches from Royal Challenges Bangalore (RCB), today got bail from a Delhi Court.
He was arrested on Friday by Delhi Police on the report of an Indo-American women who alleged Pmersbach of molesting her and beating her fiance leaving him to hospital.
Pomersbach was presented before Delhi court on Friday where he fainted. The court had granted him a day bail and directed him to appear again before the court with hotel?s CCTV footage on Saturday.
According to sources, after viewing the footage, court granted him further bail but directed him to submit his passport and a fine of Rs.30,000 as surety.
