India-Pak willing to pragmatic solution for the issues

The much-awaited talks between Indian Prime Minsiter Manmohan Singh and Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari held in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Both the sides expressed satisfaction regarding their talks. On the occasion Zardari said that India and Pakistan are neighbour and would like to have a better relation.

Zardari thanked to Indian Prime Minister and said that however he is on a private visit but both of them have fruitful talked on bilateral relations. We have talked on all the topics on which we have expected and hope to meeting with Indian prime minister on Pakistani soil very soon.

On the occasion Prime Minister Manmohan Singh expressed his satisfaction with the talks and said both nations are willing to find practical, pragmatic solutions to all issues. We have discussed all the issues, which are crucial for relationship between both the countries. Although Zardari has here on a private visit and I have taken advantages of this visit for discussing on all the bilateral issues, he added.

Manmohan singh further said, Pakistani president has invited me to Pakistan and I would be very happy to visit there. Both the country wants to their relation should be very cordial and normal. We have many issues and we are willing to find practical solutions for the same.

It is noted that Zardari, who landed here at 12.10 pm at Palam Air Force Base (technical area) along with his son Bilawal Bhutto, Interior Minister Rehman Malik and some senior officials, will be flying off to Ajmer later in the day to pay obeisance at the shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.
