Kim Kardashian contemplates run for Glendale mayor

Socialite and TV personality Kim Kardashian has said that news of her run for the office of Glendale mayor is "for real".

In a new video clip from E!'s 'Khloe and Lamar', the celebrity also said that she will also rope in her friend Noelle Keshishian to help with the campaign.

"I decided I'm going to run for the mayor of Glendale," LA Times quoted her as saying.

"It's going to be in, like, five years," Kardashian said.

The reality TV personality, who is presently a registered voter in the city of Los Angeles, said she would love to run for office in Glendale "because it's, like, Armenian town".

Kim Kardashian further said that she needs to get residency in the city so that she can run for the mayorship, adding that she and Keshishian are "looking into all the requirements."
