Jammu, Dec. 30 (ANI): A Pawan Hans helicopter carrying five Vaishno Devi pilgrims made an emergency landing near Katra this afternoon after the pilot detected a technical fault in the engine.
According to reports, the pilot and a woman passenger have been injured in the accident.
According to the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board officials, the pilot made a precautionary landing after detecting a technical fault.
The chopper was flying from Sanjhi Chhat to Katra.
Rescue team has reached the site where the unfortunate accident took place. Further details into the incident are awaited. (ANI)
