London, December 28 (ANI): Kate Winslet and Ned RocknRoll, who recently tied the knot in an intimate New York ceremony, will be celebrating their marriage with a trip to space.
Ned's uncle Sir Richard Branson has given the free flight to reward Kate for rescuing his mum Eve from a fire on his 60-million-pound Necker Island retreat last year, the Sun reported.
Ned works part time for Virgin Galactic - Branson's space company that hopes to start commercial flights next year.
More than 530 people have already bought a 124,000-pound ticket including Russell Brand, Ashton Kutcher, property developers the Candy brothers and genius Stephen Hawking who has received a free ride courtesy of Branson.
The trip is a two-hour flight to 60 miles above earth.
Passengers will experience weightlessness and see Earth's curve.
Ned suggested the flight as a wedding gift and billionaire Branson has given it his personal approval.
The 'Titanic' star had already told the Virgin tycoon that she dreamed of a space flight. (ANI)
