Johnson doesn't want to be 'rotated'

Sydney , Mon, 24 Dec 2012 ANI

Sydney, Dec 24(ANI): Australia fast bowler Mitchell Johnson has claimed he doesn't want to be rested from any Test match if he is fit, and added that personally he is not a big fan of Cricket Australia's (CA) rotation policy.

Johnson was rested for the Hobart Test against Sri Lanka after playing the last Test match against South Africa in Perth, News.com.au reports,

Johnson said playing Test cricket is the pinnacle of any cricketer, and added that he could three Test matches in a row if fit.

Meanwhile, chairman of selectors, John Inverarity said selectors had agreed Johnson was Australia's best bowler in Perth where he took six wickets in his Test comeback against South Africa, but he was forced aside in the series opener against Sri Lanka with Peter Siddle and Ben Hilfenhaus returning.
