Manipal, Dec 21 (IANS) Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam scored a narrow seven-run win over SRM, Chennai in the South Zone Inter-University Cricket tournament at the MIT ground here Friday.
Bowlers gave University of Calicut, Kerala, a convincing 106-run win over RGUHS, Bangalore at the MGM College ground.
Karapagam University, Coimbatore did not turn up and benefiting from their absence was Kannur University, Kerala.
