Clarke, who retired hurt on 57 after injuring his right hamstring while batting on Monday, fielded at first slip on Tuesday as Australia claimed victory by 137 runs.
"It's not too bad. I'll be having plenty of treatment and I'm confident I'll be right for Boxing Day," the Age quoted Clarke, as saying.
