Indians and Pakistani fans will miss the Boom-Boom of Shahid Afridi in the ODIs that are due to be played between Pakistan and India in December-January.
Afridi has not been selected for the ODI team because of his lack of form. Misbah-ul-Haq, captain of Pakistan's ODI team strongly wanted Afridi on his side but Selection committee rejected his request.
However, Shahid Afridi has made into the T20 squad of Pakistan for India tour. Similarly former Pakistani captain Shoaib Malik has made it into T20 team but has been dropped from the ODIs.
Selection committee has also dropped Abdul Razzaq and opener Imran Nazir.
Pakistan will play two T20 matches and 3 One-Day International matches. First T20 will be played in Bangalore on December 25 and second will be played in Ahmedabad on December 27.
Three ODIs will be played at Chennai on December 30, Kolkata on January 3, 2013 and Delhi on January 6, 2013.
