Shimla, Dec 9 (IANS) Himachal Pradesh has won the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry's award for promoting industrial investments, a statement said here Sunday, adding that the award would be presented to Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal Dec 15.
The chief minister will receive the 'Most attractive investment destination state' award from President Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi.
Himachal Pradesh has been adjudged the best state for creating quality infrastructural facilities besides best industrial investment friendly environment and extending cooperation in setting up industrial units, an official statement said.
