London, Dec 8 (ANI): Christina Aguilera has opened up about her new album cover and why she chose to go naked for it.
Looking relatively demure for once in jeans, red patent heels and a cream blazer, the 'Dirrty' hitmaker explained to chat show host Ellen DeGeneres that she made the decision to go nude on the cover of 'Lotus' because she likes to be "free."
The cover shows the singer rising out of a blooming flower with her flowing platinum locks covering her breasts, mermaid-style, the Daily Mail reported.
"I like to be free. Sometimes the less clothing the better. I'm just comfortable in my skin and my body," she said.
The 31-year-old popstar has gained a considerable amount of weight since the birth of her four-year-old son, Max, but has said repeatedly that she prefers her new curves. (ANI)
