Women asking partners to keep moustache after Movember

London, Nov. 23 (ANI): Women want men to keep their moustaches after this month's 'Movember' charity campaign because they look sexy.

A recent survey conducted by MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk has revealed, that women think facial hair makes their men look "sexy" and "mature," even though many admitted they hated the look in the beginning, the Daily Express reported.

According to the survey of 1,236 women, a quarter of women will be pleading their partners not to shave off their facial hair at the end of November when the campaign ends.

"The moustache is also a symbol of the modern gentleman - a man who is health conscious, socially aware and prepared to put himself out there. Women find that very attractive," the paper quoted Hywel Mills from Movember, the charity behind the awareness campaign for prostate and testicular cancer, as saying.

TV and radio presenter Chris Evans and footballer Michael Owen made the moustache a style statement, after they joined hundreds of thousands of men growing whiskers to support the men's cancer campaign. (ANI)
