New Delhi, Nov 18 (IANS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh left Sunday morning for the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh where he is to attend two regional summits.
The Nov 18?20 visit is to attend the 10th ASEAN?India Summit and the 7th East Asia Summit. The prime minister is accompanied by Foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai and other senior officials.
