New Delhi, Nov. 17 (ANI): Delhi Police on Saturday officially confirmed the death of real estate and liquor baron Ponty Chadha and his brother Hardeep.
Gaurang Kanth, the advocate of Ponty Chadha's brother Hardeep, earlier said that there was problem between the two brothers over property division and they wanted to part ways.
Ponty Chadha and his brother Hardeep opened fire at each other due to their personal feud. The incident took place around noon in South Delhi's Chhattarpur area.
They both were taken to a Fortis Hospital in South Delhi where they were declared dead.
According to reports, Ponty Chadha's body has been shifted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) from Fortis Hospital for post-mortem.
Ponty Chadha, 55, ruled over the liquor business in Uttar Pradesh. (ANI)
