London, November 8 (ANI): A married couple in China have finally posed for their wedding photos - 88 years after tying the knot.
Wu Conghan, 101, and his wife Wu Sognshi, 103, married in 1924 and have been together for almost nine decades, the Sun reported.
The pair from Nanchong, Sichuan province, could not capture their beautiful moment of their life as cameras were almost unknown in China at that time, but it was something that has remained as a dream for them until now.
Their wish came finally true after a local photo company offered to help them pose for wedding album shots.
The happy couple dressed up in full wedding finery for the snaps - with the blushing bride in a full-length gown and veil.
The gesture came as part of an initiative in the city that has seen photographers volunteer to help elderly couples obtain wedding photographs they missed originally. (ANI)
