Google releases Nexus 10 tablet, Nexus 4 smartphone and updates Nexus 7

Google recently released its new 10-inch tablet Nexus 10 and a Nexus 4 smartphone. Google made the announcement in its official blog on Monday. While Nexus 10 is developed in the collaboration of Samsung Electronics Co, Nexus 4 is developed in partnership with LG.

Google has also updated its previous release Nexus 7. Now there are two new variants of this tablet. Nexus 7 with Wi-Fi only and 32GB storage will cost $249. 3G version of Nexus 7 with HSPA+ connectivity and 32GB is priced at $299.

All the three device operate on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Nexus 10 will be available in United States UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and Canada from November 13. Nexus 10 with Wi-Fi and 16 GB storage will cost $400.

Nexus 4 smartphone has a 4.7-inch screen with 1280 x 768 pixel resolution and wireless charging capability. Nexus 4 with 16 GB and a 2-year contract to buy phone service and Internet access from T-Mobile will cost $199. 8GB Nexus 4 without a contract will be available for $299 and 16GB model for $349.

Google also showcased its new Photo Sphere, a camera software that allows user to stitch pictures together taken from different directions and making it into a 360-degree view.
