Washington, Oct 20 (ANI): Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, who initially intended to wed in Northern California, tied the knot in Italy because the couple first fell in love with the Mediterranean country while attending the 2008 nuptials of their pal Beverley Mitchell.
The pair settled on the ultra-romantic destination, and kept it a secret from nearly everyone on their guest list until the last minute.
During a romantic April getaway to Italy (which included stops at Francis Ford Coppola's Palazzo Margherita hotel in Naples), Timberlake and Biel decided once and for all that the country was where they wanted to swap vows.
"The location means a lot to them," a source told Us magazine.
As their big day drew closer, Timberlake and Biel did their best to keep the spot under wraps, flying guests first into Germany, and then finally via private jet to Italy, without revealing exactly where their loved ones were headed.
"Justin wanted to be very slick with it!" an insider said. (ANI)
