Bangalore, Oct.16 (ANI): The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday filed a chargesheet in a Bangalore court against former Karnataka Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa and his relatives in connection with a land allocation case and a mining scam.
Yeddyurappa's sons Vijayendra and Raghavendra, son-in-law Sohan Kumar have also been charge-sheeted. Nine others have also been named in the chargesheet.
Yeddyurappa had resigned after former Karnataka Lokayukta Santosh Hegde's 2011 report had indicted him of wrongdoings.
Yeddyurappa had recently announced that he would form his own party soon. (ANI)
