Banned People's Liberation Army blamed for Chandel blast

Imphal, Oct.7 (ANI): Authorities suspect that the banned People's Liberation Army is responsible for the grenade explosion that recently took place in Manipur's Chandel District.

Insurgent outfits reportedly operating in Manipur exploded a grenade, killing two security personnel and one civilian.

So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the incident. (ANI)
