London, September 22 (ANI): John Travolta has revealed that he nearly gave up acting after the loss of his son Jett.
His 16-year-old son Jett passed away three years ago after suffering a seizure on a family holiday in the Bahamas.
The grieving father said he only agreed to star in his new film, Savages, because it was a 'high-end, five-star film'.
"I lost my son a few years ago and I had been having quite a time of that," he told BBC Breakfast.
"After three years getting a lot of support from my church and a lot of support from people, fans, family, I decided that it was OK to go back to work.'
"I'd even thought of retiring at one point, because it felt like too much," he added. (ANI)
