Washington, September 14 (ANI): Sarah Jessica Parker and his husband Matthew Broderick have put their New York City townhouse on the market for 25 million dollars.
The couple purchased the Manhattan property for fewer than 19 million dollars in March 2011, but they have never actually lived in it because of lack of privacy at the home, Contactmusic reported.
Despite never moving into the Greenwich Village pad, the couple hope to make a decent profit if their asking price is met, according to the New York Observer newspaper.
The house features six bedrooms, including a master suite that takes up the whole of the fourth floor.
While Sarah and Matthew - who have son James Wilkie, nine, and three-year-old twins Tabitha and Marion - don't appreciate the property's supposed lack of privacy, the abode, which is just off Fifth Avenue, is said to have a top of the range security system.
It also features a fifth-floor loft space, and has seven fireplaces and hardwood floors. (ANI)
