London, Sep 8(ANI): Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney credits his three-year old son for turning him into a much improved and better behaved person.
Rooney was banned last year for swearing into a TV camera after scoring at West Ham United, and the England striker doesn't want to repeat the silly act ever again.
"Obviously, you want to do right by your kids, and I think of that incident with West Ham when I swore down the camera," the Sun quoted Rooney, as saying.
"I was really disappointed with myself and I made a conscious effort to try and stop silly things like that. I don't really want my kid seeing his dad do that on TV," he added.
Kai also now attends some games and Rooney is determined to make a good impression.
Rooney said: "It's great - he comes to all the day games, some of the night games and it's great to have him there." (ANI)
