Melbourne, September 4 (ANI): 'Harold and Kumar' star Kal Penn, who is a member of President Obama's White House Office of Public Engagement, has been selected to lead an online celebrity panel at the upcoming Democrat National Convention in North Carolina.
Singer Marc Anthony and actor Zack Braff are also expected to participate, News.com.au reported.
The DNC officially starts at the Charlotte Convention Center on September 3, but the inaugural CarolinaFest 2012 will kick off its proceedings on Monday.
Actor/singer Jeff Bridges, James Taylor and Janelle Monae are among the actors set to perform in Uptown Charlotte. (ANI)
