Washington, August 22 (ANI): Kanye West is said to be in negotiations with producers to become an "American Idol" judge.
Sources close to the production tell TMZ that "Idol" honchos reached out to Kanye recently about filling one of the open judging spots, and he expressed interest.
If he takes the gig, the rapper will reportedly ask for equal or more money than the recently added judge, Mariah Carey - who is raking in 18 million dollars for one season.
According to the tabloid's source, Kanye is "on the fence," because he isn't sure if "A.I." fits with his image. (ANI)
