London, August 10 (ANI): A representative for David Duchovny has rubbished rumours that the actor is dating his former 'The X-Files' co-star Gillian Anderson following her split from her longtime boyfriend.
Gossip website CelebDirtyLaundry.com fuelled the claims after posting an article suggesting the two former colleagues had been "in a serious relationship for some time now" on Wednesday, the day after Anderson confirmed her six-year romance with Mark Griffiths was over, the Daily Express reported.
However, a spokesperson for Duchovny has put the allegations to rest, telling Celebuzz.com, "It is not true."
Duchovny has been single since separating from his wife Tea Leoni for a second time last year. (ANI)
