London, August 9 (ANI): Katie Holmes is said to have hired a confidence coach to help get her back on her feet after her split from Tom Cruise.
The 33-year-old split from the movie megastar - the father of her daughter Suri - earlier this year, ending their five-year marriage.
But Katie has apparently been left in need of a new direction since her break-up with Tom - a devotee of creepy cult Scientology.
"She foresaw an incredible golden future for her and Suri, free of Tom and Scientology," the Sun quoted a source as telling a magazine.
"But the glow and radiance that surrounded Katie post-split seem to have evaporated.
"Katie is keen to find her own voice so she has sought professional help and has employed a confidence and life coach who she's been seeing once a week to help her regain who she once was."
Katie filed for divorce from 50-year-old Tom on June 27 this year.
Two weeks later the former Hollywood couple signed a deal giving Tom generous visitation rights of Suri.
Since then Katie has been getting her career back on track, bagging roles in new movie Responsible Adults and Broadway play Dead Accounts. (ANI)
