NY nightclub shut down indefinitely after Brown-Drake brawl

Washington, June 17 (ANI): The exclusive nightspot W.i.P club, that saw rapper Drake and Chris Brown's nasty fight, has been shut down indefinitely on Monday night by the NYPD for various violations.

According to law enforcement sources, the Civil Enforcement Unit (a division of the NYPD) had been looking into violations at the club previously, but events that unfolded this week gave them with the opportunity to examine them more closely, TMZ reported.

However, its also been reported that none of the violations are directly related to the brawl between Brown and Drake. (ANI)
