London, June 17 (ANI): David Beckham has revealed that he always cooks for his children and they adore his food -especially when he makes pasta.
In a Father's Day interview for BBC children's show Newsround, the footie star said he learned how to cook while on loan to AC Milan.
"I always cook for them. They love my bolognese because when I lived in Italy for a while I went to a cooking school," the Daily Star quoted him as saying.
But Beckham is also a strict dad and makes his kids work for their pocket money.
"Without a doubt, they have to earn it. They have their chores. And if they don't do them they don't get their pocket money," he said.
Further, the footballer revealed that he and his wife Victoria share the responsibility of taking a tough line with their children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and baby Harper Seven, where needed.
"Victoria's the strict one to a point and after that I take over," he said.
But he said he was more of a soft touch if it came to letting the children stay up late to watch a football match, saying: "I let them stay up but I'm not sure my wife would." (ANI)
