Washington, June 17 (ANI): Rapper Drake, who got involved in a nasty brawl with Chris Brown on Thursday, is going to be arrested for throwing a bottle at his rival.
According to sources, the 25-year-old is expected to be charged with reckless endangerment, after a witness told cops that the hip-hopper hurled the projectile during the fight at the SoHo hotspot W.i.P.
Moreover, the source also revealed that, if the singer does not agree to surrender by early next week, he might have to be arrested during 'tonight's concert' at Jones Beach, Fox News reported.
The hip-hop star, who briefly dated Rihanna, drove Brown into a rage when he sent over a note, which read "I am f*ck*ng the love of your life."
The note came after Brown, Rihanna's ex, had just bought Drake a pricey bottle of Champagne and had it sent to his table as an initiative for peace between the two.
However, Drake's camp insisted that the fight was instigated by a member of Brown's crew who made offensive comments toward their entourage, which included rapper Meek Mill. (ANI)
