London, June 17 (ANI): A male model has filed a 1million dollar lawsuit against a US retail outlet and a modelling agent claiming that he was told to strip and masturbate at a photo shoot so that he could look 'relaxed'
The shoot reportedly took place in Jackson, Mississippi last year during the month of June
According to TMZ, the lawsuit alleged that agent Brian Hilburn told Benjamine Bowers to pleasure himself naked, as a relaxed, post-orgasm expression was needed for the modelling portfolio, the Daily Mail reported.
Moreover, when Bowers was finished masturbating, Hilburn displayed his own penis to compare the sizes of the two men's penises.
Bowers had worked for Abercrombie and Fitch last year as a model and a company-casting director sent him to Hilburn for help.
Bowers has claimed that he felt Hilburn has taken advantage of him and wasn't trying to help him with his career.
Abercrombie, which has been the subject of several lawsuits in the past, include a 2.2million dollars lawsuit from employees, who said they were forced to wear the retailer's pricey clothing to work there.
Another lawsuit levelled against them was a 40million dollars discrimination suit from former employers, who said they were treated differently because of their race. (ANI)
