Bangalore, June 16 (IANS) Veteran Alok Kumar and Sandeep Gulati will represent India in the World 9-ball pool championship to be held at Doha, Qatar, from June 22 to 29, according to a press release from the Billiards and Snooker Federation of India issued Saturday.
India will also be sending a four-player contingent headed by Alok Kumar in the World team pool championship to be held in Beijing, China, from June 30 to July 6.
The other members of the team for the Beijing event are Gulati, Rafath Habib and Neena Praveen while Derek Sippy will be coach for both the tournaments, the release added.
