New York, June 2 (ANI): Brooke Mueller has checked back in rehab after an extended reunion with ex-hubby Charlie Sheen.
Mueller, 34 is currently on probation from her December arrest for drug possession.
"As Brooke told the court a couple of weeks ago, she will spend the rest of her life trying to stay sober, with every day being a struggle," Mueller's spokesman Steve Honig said in a statement to the New York Daily News.
"As part of her ongoing treatment and as planned, she voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility several weeks ago.
"Brooke is doing well and is grateful she has a strong support system on which she can rely," he said.
According to Gossip website Celebuzz, Mueller was back on crack cocaine recently while spending time with Sheen, the father of her 3-year-old twin boys Bob and Max.
"She met up with Charlie again, partied for four days straight at his Mulholland Estate home and ultimately fell off the wagon," an unnamed source told the website.
A source close to Sheen told TMZ.com that the 'Anger Management' actor was concerned about Mueller's behavior and tried to get her help.
Mueller left before Sheen found an addiction specialist.
The latest relapse comes just months after Mueller was arrested for drugs in Aspen, Colorado. (ANI)
