London, Jun 1(ANI): Sprinter Usain Bolt, who ran a sensational 9.76 seconds to win the 100 meters at the Diamond League in Rome on Thursday, believes sleeping early these days is working well for him.

A week ago the Jamaican triumphed in Ostrava in 10.04, his slowest time since 2009, but in Italy he was lightning once more, recording the fastest time in the world this year.

"Since I've been in Europe, I've not been sleeping regularly. So after Ostrava, I decided that I would make sure I start going to bed early," the Daily Express quoted Bolt, as saying.

"I came out here tonight not to prove anything to the world, but to tell myself that I've still got it and I'm working my way from here," he added.

With the Olympics just weeks away, Bolt sent out a chilling warning of how difficult he will be to handle. (ANI)
