Washington, May 25 (ANI): A pair of 69-year-old twin sisters in Amsterdam have an experience of more than 40 years working as prostitutes in the city's infamous Red Light District.
Though being old is not an advantage in the oldest profession, yet, a filmmaker did spot a good story in Louise and Martine Fokkens, ABC News reported.
"I can't tell you how many tricks we've had, Countless," said Louise.
Louise, who retired two years ago, at the age of 67, complained that it was her arthritis that forced her to quit.
"I couldn't get one leg over the other," she said.
But Martine is still working, imploring passing men, young and old, in her dominatrix outfit.
"She needs the money."
"You can't live off a state pension," said Louise
The film, in Dutch with English subtitles, which captures the story of the sisters has been named "Meet the Fokkens."
Speaking more of the movie the director insists that he wanted to tell this story.
"This is the story we wanted to tell," directors Gabrielle Provaas and Rob Schrode said in a statement.
"Louise and Martine are real old-fashioned Amsterdam hookers: liberated, cheerful and not scared of anybody," they said. (ANI)
