Gurgaon, May 17 (ANI): A local court here on Thursday ordered identification parade of Suraj Sehrawat, the 21-year old key accused in the hit and run case that mowed down two, including a pregnant woman near IFFCO Chowk in Gurgaon on May 5.
The Gurgaon Police also submitted two other pleas seeking court's permission to rocure Suraj's blood samples and the clothes he was wearing at the time of the accident for further investigations.
The court will consider these pleas once the identity of the accused is established.
Sehrawat's BMW, reportedly speeding at more than 100 kms per hour at the time of the mishap, rammed into Tata Indigo early on Saturday morning.
A pregnant Kshama Chopra and her driver died on the spot while her parents and husband were seriously injured.
Currently, only Kshama's husband is in a condition to identify the accused.
Suraj surrendered before the court on Tuesday. A few hours later, the court accepted his bail application on the surety amount of Rs. 50,000. (ANI)
