London, May 15 (ANI): The second sexual assault and battery lawsuit filed against John Travolta will not go to trial, as both parties have agreed that the case should be heard by a private judge.
But the plaintiff's lawyer, Okorie Okorocha insists it's not a case of mediation and that his client will not settle.
"I want a full trial with a private judge," the Daily Mail quoted Okorocha as telling People magazine.
"There is no mediation. There'll never be a settlement. I want privacy for sex crime victims.
"It looks like [Travolta's attorney Marty Singer] wants one hell of a fight, and that is what he'll get from me," Okorocha added
The unidentified male masseur, made the claims against Travolta, several days after another anonymous man filed a similar lawsuit against the Grease star.
Meanwhile, TMZ have obtained an official incident report relating to Fabian Zanzi's run in with the star on a Royal Caribbean cruise liner in 2009.
The documents 'don't mention any sexual overture' on Travolta's part, and instead recounts him asking for and getting a neck rub from the worker, for which he was fired.
"The incident report now confirms Mr. Zanzi fabricated his story about my client," Travolta's attorney Marty Singer told the website.
"He never stated that my client did anything wrong. Obviously, if he had engaged in any inappropriate conduct he would have reported it to his supervisors," he said.
According to the lawsuit to be considered in private, the second victim alleges that while working at a resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012. (ANI)
