Mumbai, May 6 (IANS) Aamir Khan's maiden episode of his first ever TV show "Satyamev Jayate" fetched rave reviews on Twitter Sunday, occupying the "top five trends" on the social networking site.
Even before Aamir could wrap up the episode, which focused on female foeticide and was aired on Star Plus and Doordarshan from 11 a.m, 2,254 tweets were notched up within an hour on the microblogging site.
From Bollywood celebs to the person on the street, to activists like Kiran Bedi, all gave the show the thums up.

May 6, 2012 at 4:39 PMThumps Up. Aim is Wonderful. Inspiring with Aamir's speciality as usual. Today's impact of the show was emotional and tearful. Issues need to be addressed at national level. I feel to suggest the following :-
(a) Comments/Views of the leading Criminal Lawyers/ Judges on the topic related issue may also be obtained and legal provisions be explained in brief at the end of the episode.
(b) Kindnappings/Rapes/Gangrapes/Murders etc to be tried in the Fast-track Courts within specified time frames. Mass Media like News Papers/TVs invariably to cover the news WITH HEADLINES IN RED BOXES on it's final disposal in the fast-track courts.
(c) Film Producers are to aim for conveying a positive message to the audience/society. Theme of the Films should be based on moral values/relations and the impact on social beings/society/state/nation. 100% Positive Approach while filming the scenes to be ensured. Scenes of violence/atrocities of Villain gang/Fighting/Firing/Murders/Killings/ruthlessness to be eliminated.
Then, we can expect/see/observe a positive change in the public/society and thus a transforming nation to it's original pride of Vasudhiva kutumbakam and Bharatiyam.
