Goa cop booked for circulating obscene video

Panaji, May 4 (IANS) A Goa constable has been booked for filming a pornographic video of a 21-year-old girl and circulating it on the internet, police said Friday.
A first information report (FIR) was filed against India Reserve Battalion constable Abdul Kadar Chandsahab following a complaint by the victim, a police spokesperson said.
In her complaint, the girl said she knew Chandsahab "well" and that he had circulated the video recorded on a mobile phone camera to avenge their split.
