Meira Kumar expresses grief over Assam boat deaths

New Delhi, May 1 (ANI): Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt grief at the loss lives in the boat tragedy on the Brahmaputra River in Assam.
In her condolence message, Kumar said: "I am saddened to know about the loss of a large number of lives in the boat mishap near the Dhubri town of Assam."
"I convey my condolences to the bereaved families of those who have been killed in this tragic incident," she added. (ANI)
