Cupid strikes 4 times in life

London, Apr 27 (ANI): An average person will fall in love four times in their life, a new study has revealed.

According to the study, three out of four will become besotted at least once before they even turn 20, and the average Briton then settles down at the age of 27, the Daily Mail reported

But more than four in 10 admit they went for "second best" because the person they have ended up with isn't the one they loved the most.

In fact, 61 percent of those admitted they regretted letting "The One" go and making do with someone else.

The survey of 2,000 adults for Opera North found that a lucky 33 percent settle down with their first love.

It also revealed that 41 percent have fallen in love with someone they shouldn't - with almost half admitting it has happened more than once.

But 77 percent believe you can't help who you fall in love with.

Additionally, a third think that an individual can be in love with more than one person at once. (ANI)
