Posh and Becks buy Damien Hirst's baby monitor for Harper

London, Apr 18 (ANI): Victoria and David Beckham have forked out a fortune on a new one-off baby monitor by Damien Hirst for their daughter Harper Seven.

The 38-year-old fashion designer also has a 250,000-pound pair of high heels decorated by the modern art king like one of his famous "spot paintings".

The lid was lifted on the couple's growing collection of works by Britain's most celebrated living artist as it emerged the baby monitor boasts another of his motifs - butterflies on Tuesday.

"It has to be the most expensive baby monitor in history," the Sun quoted a source as saying.

Hirst, who is notorious for putting sheep in tanks of formaldehyde, personalised Posh's Manolo Blahnik ankle boots after she sent them to him.

He added a note saying "Posh boots for a Posh bird."

But Victoria is understood never to have worn them outside. They are kept in a glass case at the Beckhams' Los Angeles mansion after she declared: "There's no way I'll be stepping in any puddles in those."

Art critic David Lee confirmed the shoes are worth 250,000 pounds. (ANI)
